A Free Health & Wellbeing Support Service

Green Prescription (GRx) is delivered across Auckland Central, East Auckland and Counties Manukau by the Health & Wellness team at Sport Auckland.
​​​​​​​The 12 week programme is for adults 18 years and over.
​​​​​​​If you would like support to be active, improved healthy eating habits and adopt a healthy lifestyle, you may ask a health professional for a referral or you can self-refer.
