Our role, at a community and local level, is to enhance and improve local delivery of sport and recreation. Our Sport Capability Team provides leadership, advice and expertise to identified RSO’s, sports clubs, schools and other community organisations that require our help.  We work closely with our Local Boards, to help identify which clubs and Organisations we work with to build their sport capability, operational effectiveness and sustainability. This is achieved through formal and informal discussions, workshops and focus groups. We are able to bring our local insights and knowledge to the discussions which then allows for the creation and implementation of a variety of individual club development strategies that will achieve everyone’s desired outcomes.
