  • Initial One on One Consultation with our Maternal Healthy Lifestyle Advisor - Online or Telehealth
  • Weekly Live Streaming Maternal Exercise Class & Women's Only Exercise Class 
  • Full access to our Maternal Exercise video library - more than 25 maternal exercises 
  • Free consultation with the University of Auckland Dietetics team, if required. 
  • Regular touch points and motivation through calls, text or phone for a 3-6 month period

Jemi will demonstrate a range of different low impact exercises such as Pilates, and low impact strengthening exercises for the hips and core to help strengthen the pelvic floor, abdominal muscles and reduce back pain. To register and get your passcode please contact Jemi below:
